1. Ordering Policy

1.2 We offer Quantity Discount for bulk purchase. Quantity Discount does not apply to shipping fees.
1.3 We may request additional information before processing and shipping orders where we feel necessary.
2. Payment Policy
2.1 We accept the following forms of payment: Internet banking via iPay88, credit and debit card payments and we also accepts payment from PayPal. Please take note Credit Card & PayPal payment will incurred an additional 3.4% of the total amount and RM 2 transaction fees.
2.2 Payment made cannot be refunded, it can only exchange to become store credit.
3.1 AsiaVenus.com ship with PosLaju or Skynet which we think is appropriate by referring to customer location and a tracking number will be provided via email, customer need to make sure the email being registered is valid to receive this notification.
3.2 All order will be dispatched the same day if ordered and paid before 3:30pm, or the following day for orders after 3:30pm, We will ship out orders from Monday to Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday no delivery.

3.3 We are not responsible for incorrect postal addresses resulting in non-delivery of the goods. Please check you have carefully entered the correct address.
3.4 Shipping addresses cannot be changed after checkout, We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
3.5 Delivery time frame advertised is not guaranteed. The couriers we use operate on a 98-99% success rate. We're unable to take responsibility if the item is not delivered on time but we'll help to chase it up.
3.6 In times of adverse weather conditions items may take longer than normal to arrive.
4.1 All products sold on this website are covered by a 48 hours replacement policy unless otherwise stated. Replacement policy void after 48 hours of receiving the item.
4.2 The replacement period begins from date of receiving the item.
4.3 Item posted back for replacement will ONLY be replaced with the same design, if item is out of stock, replacement with other design will be allowed for item with equivalent value or store credit will be given on the item purchased price.
5. Return Policy
5.1 Customer must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org regarding your problem before sending back for replacement. We will reply with a PDF format Return Merchandize Form in return. Customer must print and fill it up then send it back along with the damage product. Item return without Return Merchandize Form will be rejected.
5.2 Items found to be damaged within the replacement period will be returned at buyer own expenses, we'll replace it and send it back at our cost.
5.5 We are not responsible for any items lost in the post when returned to us, we suggest customer to returned with express or registered post with tracking number to ensure it is safe.
5.6 We encourage customer to seek for assistance if you are not sure which size to purchase, we do not offer refund for item purchase wrongly. Buyers are responsible in posting the item back for an exchange and pay additional postage fees for us to post it back to you. The postage fees will be calculated base on parcel actual weight.
5.7 Item must be return in the original packaging, the product taps, tag, carton or boxes, any missing item will be rejected.
